FACTS / RenWeb

New Parents:

Instructions for Enrolling on our FACTS / RenWeb site

    1. Please go to the Parent Login
    2. After the FACTS / RenWeb ParentsWeb Login screen opens, please select Create New ParentsWeb Account
    3. Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school. 
    4. Click the Create Account button.  

You will receive an email from Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.

    1. Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field. 
    2. Click on the Save Username and/or Password button. 
    3. Close the window. 

To complete a NEW student enrollment packet, please follow these additional steps:

    1. Log in as instructed above.
    2. After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu. 
    3. Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
    4. In the Enrollment online packet, you will be directed to enroll in the FACTS tuition management system where you will be instructed to select a tuition payment plan for next year. To formally submit the enrollment packet, you will need to make an online $2,000 tuition deposit within four weeks of acceptance.

Please note: The enrollment process will walk you through enrolling in our tuition management system, FACTS. Once your FACTS setup in complete, you will be returned to your enrollment packet in RenWeb. If you wish to leave FACTS prior to completing the process, click the brown arrow at the top-right of the screen to manually exit the system and return to RenWeb.


Returning Parents:

Log in using the same login and password you created when filling out your enrollment packet. If you forget your login, you can use the "Forgot Username / Password?" link and enter your personal email.

PLEASE NOTE: not all features highlighted in the video are available in JBHA's Canvas site

When you view your students' Canvas classes, you will be able to view:

  • Canvas Class sites
  • Due dates for projects and assessments
  • Grades
  • An Inbox to contact class teachers
