Directed Giving
You can support programs for students who share your enthusiasm for a particular area of interest.
Directed giving options include:
The Jewish National Fund (JNF)/JBHA MUSS Scholarship Fund
The Jewish National Fund (JNF)/Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy Muss Scholarship Fund was established to provide scholarship resources to students attending the junior year trimester study abroad program at the Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI). Barrack and JNF have partnered to establish this endowment fund to ensure that all students who want to experience studying abroad in Israel can enjoy that opportunity.
To expand impact, JNF has graciously agreed to match all donations made to this fund.
Our goal is to raise more than $10,000,000 so that going forward, Barrack students can attend the AMHSI program at dramatically reduced costs.

Akiba-Barrack Alumni Scholarship Fund
The Akiba-Barrack Alumni Scholarship Fund provides extensive financial assistance to those families who are in need. With the ever-rising cost of tuition comes the need for the school to provide financial assistance to our more needy, but capable, students. Your investment in this fund will greatly impact our students.

SHARON P. LEVIN SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Over the past 35 years, as a teacher and Head of School, Sharon has educated, inspired, and influenced thousands of Akiba-Barrack graduates. Her passion for, and commitment to the school, and most importantly to the students, is exemplary and boundless.
As a special tribute to Sharon, Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, its Board of Directors, and its alumni have created a special Sharon P. Levin Scholarship Fund. The fund will provide needs-based and merit-based scholarship assistance for incoming students. Each year, from this fund, an award will also be given to a graduating senior for high academic achievement and exemplary leadership.
“I am a firm believer in formal Jewish education as the best means to ensure the strength, diversity and vibrancy of our Jewish community. It is my fervent hope that, long after I leave Barrack, every child who wants to experience such an amazing place as our school will have the opportunity to do so,” said Sharon.
As a school and its community, we feel there is no better way to pay tribute to Sharon.
