On a cloudy and damp day, the Lady Cougars set out to face Renaissance Academy. With an unexpected development, Renaissance was down two players, so the cougars with our good sportsmanship lent them two of our players, Nita Rome and Talia Raikin. We came out on top and did not stop from there. Sarah Krulik led us off and had three walks and a beautiful hit! Ruthie Schmidt went 3-4 followed by Sarah Levin who went 3-3. Continuing her hitting steak, Ari Bogom- Shanon had another home run! Defensively, Tali Glickman, Arielle Mizrahi, and Renee Zwillenberg pitched us to victory! Final score: 1-0 forfeit, book score 21-9. Come support the Lady Cougars for our last home game on Thursday!
