Barrack vs. Solebury

WIN 15-4

Away game at Solebury School Get Directions

The Cougars came out extremely strong on Thursday. Although many of our starters were not able to attend the game that didn't stop us. From the very first minute every single girl was ready to fight and win. The amount of teamwork that was displayed during this game was amazing, from the awesome looks and picks set by Sammi Levin, Nora Abel and Andy Karp. Starting midfielders, Emily Krulik and Jenna Oppenheimer hustled the entire game and the improved stick skills displayed by every players on the entire team was noticeable. Our zone defense also came out very strong. Each girl took responsibility for their zone and did everything they could to prevent goals from being scored. Defensively Rebecca Lipstein, Sarah Glickman, Isabel Freedman and Mia Stein all stopped ball whenever they had the chance completely shutting down the Solebury's attack plan to use cutters. Everyone had an opportunity to play and Maayan Malomet, Naama Malomet and Sarah Graub each had a chance to put their skills to the test and really played a role in keeping our team together. Goalie, Gracie Gottlieb also had an AMAZING game stopping so many goals and coming out extremely strong. I was truly proud of every single member of the team today. Game ball went to Lior and Sammi for their overall amazing play. The final score was 15-4, goals scored by Tamar Parmet, Sammi Levin and Nora Abel. Congrats girls on a fantastic game! You should all be very proud of yourselves!!!!
