If you attended Akiba/Barrack Hebrew Academy and need a copy of your transcript, please complete this form authorizing the release of your records and email it to Elizabeth Pandian at epandian@jbha.org. Be sure to include all necessary information about what records you need, to whom we should send them, and any applicable deadline for receipt of the records.
