The Akiba-Barrack Alumni Association takes enormous pride in our graduates. With more than 2,900 alumni (and counting!) across the globe, our alums are an integral part of our school family—living our mission through their contributions to the world.

The Office of Alumni Relations provides resources to keep every graduate connected to classmates and friends, engaged with our school, and enriched through meaningful programming and services. This section helps our alumni find and network with other graduates, register for events, plan a class reunion, submit or read class notes, link to current students, volunteer, and support Barrack.

To become more involved in planning alumni events, learn more about volunteer opportunities, or make a suggestion about alumni outreach, please contact Jenifer Kiefer Wachs ‘89, Director of Akiba-Barrack Alumni Relations, at

We look forward to seeing our alumni on our home campus in Bryn Mawr, in Philadelphia, New York, Tel Aviv, and around the globe!

Akiba taught me to think outside the box, coupled with a strong Jewish identity and moral compass. My teachers were knowledgeable mensches—true role models. The community was small, fun, and kind—an extended family. Being a parent and employee at Barrack now is continuing the legacy, and it is the most important gift I can give my children.Jenifer Kiefer Wachs '89
