Click here to begin your application through RenWeb/FACTS. You will be prompted to create a parent account. If you are a current parent, you can use your existing login. You can review your application at any time. Once you click submit and pay the non-refundable $75 application fee, we will send you a confirmation that your application has been processed.

Please download and print the records release form within the application. Once signed and completed, please give the form to your child's current school so they can send their most up-to-date transcripts. If you are unable to print the form, please download it here.

All incoming students must take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE).

Cost for the testing, payable to the Educational Records Bureau, will be assumed by the parent of the applicant. To register, please call the Admissions Office: 610-922-2350.

The Admissions Committee will also consider scores from the ERB, SSAT, or PSAT exams. Please check with your school and let us know if these tests have been administered.

As part of our application process, students will visit school either virtually or in person. During the visit, they will be paired with a host student, attend classes and meet their peers and teachers. Student interviews, including a brief writing sample, will be completed on that day as well.

Applications are considered individually by the Admissions Committee. Students are considered for admission to the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy based on evidence of the applicant's desire and potential for success in a dual college preparatory/Judaic Studies program.

A completed online enrollment packet and an enrollment deposit are required to reserve a student's place at the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy. The enrollment deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the final tuition payment of the year. Those applying after the January deadline are considered on a space-available basis and will be notified on a rolling basis as the process is completed.
