Spring Athletic Awards Banquet

"Barrack's spring sports season was a success on many fronts," comments Mitchell Kline, Athletic Director, "not only did our student athletes enjoy wins on both an individual and team level, but they had tremendous experiences and represented our school with enthusiasm, class and dignity."

Our Boys' Varsity Tennis Team captured two league titles; our Varsity Boys' Baseball Team and Girls' Varsity Softball Team made it to the play-offs in both the Penn-Jersey and Tri-County Leagues; members of our Track and Field team earned personal bests; our Middle School Baseball Team had their most successful season in several years and team members will go on to play on the varsity team; our Girls' Lacrosse Team made it to the semi-finals in their inaugural season of interscholastic play; and our Golf Team enjoyed the privilege of playing on the greens at the Radnor Country Club that so graciously welcomed our golfers and enabled them to hone their skills on a great course.

Congratulations to the team coaches too: Jerry Kleger, Boys' Varsity Baseball; Kim Gillio, Girls' Varsity Softball; Carl Strom, Golf; Sue Dotsey, Girls' Lacrosse; Jerry Washington, Track and Field; Mike Mooney, Boys' Varsity Tennis; and Rabbi Steve Razin, Middle School Baseball.

A number of student athletes received awards at the Spring Athletic Awards Banquet and Assembly held on May 27. The award recipients follow:
