Barrack Hebrew Academy's Board of Directors last night announced the appointment of
Sharon P. Levinas Barrack's 10th Head of School, effective July 1, 2012. Mrs. Levin has served as interim Head of School for the past academic year and has been a teacher and administrator at our school for over 20 years. After a thorough, transparent and inclusive search process, the Board unanimously voted to name Mrs. Levin to the Head of School position. "Sharon Levin's strong educational and administrative experience, leadership and management skills, and enthusiasm and commitment to Jewish life, learning and community, make her the ideal person to lead our school at this time." share
