The Barrack string ensemble is in full swing as students prepare for a number of performances in the upcoming year. "Samuel Hamermesh, Yonah Hamermesh, Ezra Beaubien, Ben Radack, Hagar Weinstein, Dobhran Black and Ruth Schmidt have combined their musical talents to create an electrifying blend of melodic Jewish and classical music," shares Dr. Karin Orenstein, Barrack Music Director. "Through the melodious ringing of the violins, the lush harmonies of the violas, or the deep and resonating sound of the cello, the string ensemble brings new depth to the musical experience here at JBHA," adds Dr. Orenstein.
