Barrack's Girls' Varsity Tennis Team won 3-2 in the Tri-County Championship matches hosted at the Perkiomen School on Oct. 24. In addition to Barrack, participating schools included: Perkiomen, Woodlyne and Delaware Valley Friends. The Barrack team won the First Place Trophy. Individual final team scores and championship wins follow: JBHA 1st singles: Wendy Woods, 1st Place, 1st Singles Champion; JBHA 2nd Singles: Haley Newman, 2nd Place, 2nd Place Singles Champion; Alexandria Guiterrez: 1st Place, 3rd Singles Champion; JBHA Doubles: Maya Shapira & Marisa Seidman: 1st Place, 1st Place Doubles Champions; JBHA 2nd Doubles: Gabrielle Hoessly & Anne Prusky, 2nd Place, 2nd Place Champions. Congratulations to team members Anne Prusky, Alexandria Gutierrez, Wendy Woods, Haley Newman, Gabrielle Hoessly, Maya Shapira and Marisa Seidman and to Coach Earlene Riley! Please note that the Penn Jersey Tennis Championship Match was postponed to this Monday, Oct. 31, 1pm. Go Cougars!
