Girls' Varsity Basketball Team Dominates Court

The Lady Cougars Varsity Girls' Basketball Team won their last four games. The team defeated Germantown Friends in a non-league game with a score of 46 to 30. The Cougars held the lead throughout the entire game thanks to leading scorer Tamara Moskowitz with 13 points and Jackie Khutorsky with 8 and Sophia Shoulson with 8.

The Cougars defeated Perkiomen in an intense and close game by a score of 36 to 32. They started off the game very strongly, ending the first quarter in a 14 to 4 lead. In the second quarter, Perkiomen fought back and brought the game to a score of 22 to 20 at the half with the Cougars on top. The second half remained close all the way through, but the Cougars were persistent and ultimately defeated Perkiomen. Sophia Shoulson led the team with 12 rebounds.
The Cougars also won against Kimberton 36-14 at home. Lead scorer was Tamara Moskowitz with 10 points, and leading with rebounds was Sophia Shoulson with 9. Other top scorers were Sivan Ben-Maimon and Sophia Shoulson each with seven points.

The team won again, defeating Delaware Valley Friends School in a dominating victory of 42-11. The top scorer was Tamara Moskowitz with 16 points. Leading in rebounds were Sophia Shoulson and Caroline Batoff each with 7. Congratulations team and Coach Rebecca Trajtenberg.
