As part of their unit on the United States Constitution, seventh grade Core sections presented a mock Constitutional Convention. After researching one of the important people who were involved in the 1787 Constitutional Convention, each student took on the role of the person whom he or she had studied. Dressed in costumes, they heatedly debated the issues that faced these men and their constituents, attempting to arrive at similar compromises. . |
