Away game at Phelps School - Varsity Soccer Get Directions

Following a season-ending injury to Coach Kleger, the middle school Coach, Larry Benek, bravely stepped up to coach the varsity soccer team. After a very disappointing first 20 minutes of soccer, the Cougars began listening to their coach and began playing much better soccer. Unfortunately, we were not able to gain back all of the ground, resulting in a 7-4 loss. However, there was some great goalie play by Jacob Reich and Jared Raiken, as well as goals by Michael Cahana, Michael Foster, Ben Chevlin, and Alex Bierig. Overall, the Cougars had a great time playing in the rain and learning the new and exciting possibilities with their new coach.
