Barrack students have the opportunity to express their creativity and their opinions in a number of student publications written in both English and Hebrew and illustrated with insight, imagination, and ingenuity. Students who love to express their ideas and opinions through writing join The Cougar Chronicle, Barrack Hebrew Academy's English language investigative newspaper. Sixth and seventh grade students are invited to submit guest articles and can join the staff in eighth grade.
Barrack Hebrew Academy's literary magazine welcomes submissions from students in all grade levels. Gateway editors and staff members edit and layout short stories, essays, poetry, photographs and artwork that showcase the many talents of their peers.
