Shalom and welcome to Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy
We are a caring community committed to integrating intensive Jewish studies with a rigorous college preparatory program and to nurturing social, intellectual and ethical development along with a commitment to Jewish values, the Jewish community and the world at large. As a pluralistic day school, we embrace a diverse student and parent body who represent the entire spectrum of Jewish observance and life in the greater tri-state area.
We educate our students to participate in World Repair (Tikkun Olam), to develop a critical allegiance to the land and people of Israel, and to broaden their horizons through a host of elective courses, clubs, and extracurricular and athletic opportunities on our beautiful 35-acre arboretum campus with state-of-the-art facilities.
Perhaps, most importantly, our students love being here; deeply value and appreciate their teachers; and seek to build a mutually respectful, supportive school community that values each member's special talents and interests.
